I am also proficient in advanced statistical techniques such as Design of Experiments, Taguchi, and Short Run, and Non-Normal SPC. Participating in the development of the ISO 9000 Awareness Training, and Quality Operating Systems Training, along with doing training in SPC and FMEA as an Associate Consultant for Ford Training and Development in Dearborn Michigan, which helped 102 plants to register simultaneously. Named to the Preferred List of Consultants by QMS Registrars Ltd., NQA-USA and TUV-Essen.

Full Consulting contract to Assist in Successful ISO 9002 Registration of Precision Controlled Stamping, and Tool and Die Shop on April 30, 1996. Helped start the Quality Manager Steve Giuntoli off on the right direction with my ISO 9002 Quality Manual, and Internal Auditor Training. Adron achieved ISO 9002 Registration with the NQA Registrars, and passed their Upgrade ISO 9002:1994 Surveillance Audit with NQA Registrars, in July & Oct., of 1994. 

Quality Calibration Services                                                                                  August 1993 to March 1994

Conducted two one day ISO 9002 Pre-Assessment Consulting Audit. Then made recommendations to this Inspection and Calibration Service for Getting their Manual Approved by the NQA, and how to pass a joint ISO 9002 Audit by A2LA, and the National Quality Assurance Registrars. My efforts have helped them get their ISO 9002 Documentation Approved by the NQA. As a result they received Joint Registration by the A2LA, and ISO 9002 by the NQA by February of 1994.

Completed a two day ISO 9002 Initial Assessment Audit to the Distributor or Stockist Scheme. 
Have contracted to Install ISO 9002 Quality Systems to this Fastener Distributor.

La Belle Industries, Oconomowoc                                                                      March 1993 to Jan 1994 

On contract to Install ISO 9001 Quality Systems to this Sound Level Meter & Contract Electronics Manufacturer. Together we have developed the NQA Registrar Approved ISO 9001 Documentation at all three Levels of Policies, Procedures and Work Instructions. I have handled the liaison between the Registrar and the company for the 9001 Registration process, and have gotten them to the ISO 9001 Registration Stage of the process. On April 21, 1994 they were recommended for Registration to ISO 9001 for their Quest Electronics and Contract Electronics divisions by the NQA Registrar.

Completed an in-depth ISO 9002 Pre-Registration Audit, with full recommendations and reports, to assist in a successful ISO 9002 Registration effort by BSi-Quality Assurance. BSi Granted the Registration Certificate in July 1993.  Consulted in Taguchi DOE Techniques for wave soldering process, and greatly reduced the top 5, Unisys PC board defects, in spring of 1998.

Eaton Corporation, Milwaukee April 1992 to July 1992 

Another assignment has been with Eaton Corporations Operations and Technical Center, 4201 N. 27th. Street in Milwaukee. I directed the preparation for ISO 9001 Registration for the Bowling Green Plant, the Corporate Design/ Development Department, the Marketing Department and the Corporate Research and Development Departments. The Bowling Green Plant received the ISO 9001 Registration with DNV.

This included assisting in the development and evaluation of the Quality Systems Manual, the Development and Marketing Manuals, and detailed ISO 9001 audits of the plant and departments. 

In addition I developed and action plan for the Industrial Controls/ Electro-Mechanical Division, and all twenty-seven Industrial Controls Power Distribution Division (ICPDO) Plants.

Harley Davidson Corporation September 1991 to December 1991 

I directed the East Side Machining Quality Systems Area as a Senior Quality Engineer. I was in charge of six SPC Facilitators, and the Computerized Management Information Network for the East Side. This included all the internal gears, and machined parts that go inside the Harley Davidson Motorcycle Motors.

In addition I developed the Target Cpk (Process Capability Index) Chart or Rainbow Chart that is in use at Harley Davidson today.
