The design of this half day In House Survey of the harmonized Automotive Standard is for all levels of suppliers to the Automotive Industry. Upper and Mid-level Managers will greatly benefit from it. It gives details as to the content of the standard was well as the intent. This class also provides insight as to the support systems required to achieve certification.

Held In House, this half day presentation introduces the requirements of the ISO Quality Standard To Managers and Line Employees. This summary covers the registration process as well as suggestions for effective implementation. This session is valuable not only as an introductory tool but also as a means of bringing everyone within the organization to a common level of understanding.

ISRg. Ltd. offers a one and a half, or two days Internal Auditor training class. This class provides a detailed review of the ISO or QS 9000 Standard from an Auditors point of view as well as hands-on auditing experience. The class introduces students to interviewing techniques and live audit situations. An Internal Auditor Training Certificate results from passing the exam, and RU's can be granted for maintenance of Professional Certifications.

This one or two day class guides students through the most effective methods for documenting your Quality System to meet or exceed the requirements of the ISO or QS 9000 Standards. This class stresses the simplistic approach that shows how to keep documentation to a minimum. Actual Complete documentation is presented, and a free ISO 9002:1994 Quality Policy Manual, plus Sample Policy, Procedure, and Work Instruction used in actual successful Registration Audits are distributed.

Adequacy Audits of your documented system should be performed before internal audits are conducted. ISRg. Ltd. can perform these audits either at your location or an off site review of your ISO Quality Manual. The audit results will identify deficiencies in your documentation with suggestions as to how the system can be brought into compliance.

Baseline audits are effective in the beginning of an implementation project. A team of experienced assessors will perform a detailed analysis of your existing Quality system. They will then meet with the key managers of your organization and design a step by step plan for bringing their areas of responsibility into compliance to the requirements of the QS 9000/ISO Standards.

Approximately 12 weeks before your Registration Audit, it is recommended that you perform a pre-registration audit of your quality system. This audit is a dry-run of the registration audit. This is an opportunity to get an impartial opinion as to how your system fulfills the requirements of the Standard. If necessary, a time-phased corrective action plan can be designed and monitored to assure the system is fully implemented in time for the registration audit.
If your pre-registration audit is performed by your thirst party registrar, ISRg. Ltd. can provide the consulting support to correct any deficiencies. This support can be valuable in expediting the corrective action process, improving the chances that your quality system will be certified on the first assessment.

Actual Registration Audits can be difficult. Information viewed can be misinterpreted by the Registrars Auditor. The last thing you want is to get to the Registration Audit, and fail it based on a technicality. As an experienced IRCA Registered Internal Auditor, I can discuss tricky issues of a case with the Registrars Lead Auditor, and act as an Advocate in the Registration Audit.
